Business contacts we reach out to
We contact UK window and door companies that may benefit from our service. We collect business contact details from public sources, including Companies House, OpenStreetMap and the company's own website. This can include the company name, business address, business email address, phone number and the name of a director.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: introducing a relevant service to businesses. Every message identifies us and explains how to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we stop, and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we don't contact you again.
People who contact us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and whatever you send to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver our service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests or taking steps to enter into a contract.
Our clients' customer data
When a client asks us to follow up their old quotes, we process their customers' data only on the client's instructions, as a data processor under a written data processing agreement. The client remains the controller. If you've received a message from us on behalf of a company that quoted you, reply to opt out or contact that company directly.
Who we share data with
We don't sell personal data. We use service providers to run the business, such as email, hosting and database providers. Where they store data outside the UK or EU, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.
How long we keep it
Prospecting data is kept for up to 24 months from collection, unless you become a client or ask us to stop sooner. Client records are kept as long as the contract requires plus any period the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected or erased
- object to or restrict how we use it, including objecting to direct marketing at any time
- data portability, where it applies

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
